Appointment Cancellation Policy
For the respect of all, we ask for cancellation notice 24 hours in advance. If this courtesy is not given, you may be charged up to 100% of the cancelled appointment.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late and as a result cannot complete your service in the allotted time, you may be asked to reschedule your service and be charged the full amount of the missed appointment before rescheduling.
Children's Policy
Out of consideration for all of our guests and at the effort to maintain the relaxing atmosphere of our spa, we kindly request that children not accompany you to your appointment. While we love little ones, our space is designed to provide a peaceful escape for everyone.

If you are unable to secure childcare, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

We have worked hard to make Sage a calming retreat for each of our guests, and we truly appreciate you understanding in helping us maintain that experience.
